EyeWonder and Digital Envoy Announce Co-Development Agreement
Companies Collaborate on Technology Targeted for Advertising Companies


ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 2000-- EyeWonder(TM) Inc., a provider of instant streaming video technologies for today's Internet and wireless devices without the need for media players, has joined Digital Envoy, a leading Internet infrastructure company, in a co-development agreement.

According to the agreement, the companies will collaborate on an offering that utilizes Digital Envoy's geo-targeting technology, NetAcuity(TM). This technology will guide EyeWonder's instant streaming video banner ads to targeted geographical locations as well as determine the appropriate connection speeds for the end-viewer.

Digital Envoy's NetAcuity product will allow EyeWonder to optimize the performance of its streaming video technology by giving EyeWonder access to the speeds at which Internet users connect to the Web.

For instance, a person in New York connecting to the Internet at 28kbps will be able to view an instant streaming banner ad about travel in New York without the hassle of having to download a media player. According to Veronis Suhler, a leading investment banking firm, online advertising is predicted to reach $24.4 billion by 2004. Online advertising spending over the first quarter of 2000 reached $1.95 billion, a gain of 9.9 percent from the previous quarter and a 182 percent jump from the same period a year ago according to PriceWaterhouseCoopers for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) August, 2000.
